About Sue

As a full-time O‘ahu REALTOR®-Broker with over 10 years of real estate experience, I specialize in helping relocating families, military and DoD clients, and buyers from around the world navigate Hawai‘i real estate with confidence. As the spouse of an Army veteran who now serves as a DoD civilian, I have a personal connection to the military community and understand that a PCS move involves much more than simply finding a home.

Whether clients are relocating on military orders, purchasing with VA financing, moving from the mainland, investing from overseas, or preparing to sell before their next move, I provide personalized, hands-on guidance from our first conversation through closing and beyond.

My experience spans Hawaii's diverse markets, from Kāhala and Kailua to Waikīkī, Mililani, and communities convenient to the island’s major military installations.

Before real estate, I earned a degree in Finance and a Master’s in Innovative Thinking & Design Strategies. I also served as Executive Sales Agent on O‘ahu’s #1 agent team (Hawai‘i Business Magazine, 2018), gaining extensive transaction experience across a wide range of properties and client situations.

Fluent in Korean and English, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and a relationship-first approach to every transaction. Clients work directly with me, with an emphasis on responsive communication, thoughtful guidance, and detailed due diligence.
